Sip & Shop Success! (With help from Captain Rodney.)

Washington's Sip & Shop event Sept. 28th was a huge success! A big thanks to all those who came out to The Village to have a taste of Revasser's Wine! Be sure to pay them a visit in Ainsworth.

Another huge success was Captain Rodney's Cheese Bake. It's been a favorite of many for several years now and due to popular demand, another 2 cases are on the way! In the meantime, here's the recipe:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
One 8 ounce pack cream cheese
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 green onions (chopped)
6 Ritz crackers (crushed)
8 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled) or equivalent "real" bacon bits
1/2 cup of Captain Rodney’s Glaze

Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and onions in a greased quiche pan. Top with crackers and bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes until bubbly. Top with bacon and Captain Rodney’s Glaze. Serve with crackers.
