Sip & Shop Event Join your favorite downtown businesses as they feature Vineyards from all over Iowa! Start in Central Park to get your punch card and wrist band and then hit the town! Volunteers will be in Central Park starting at 4:30 pm to check IDs and hand out your participatory punch card. Commemorative stemless wine
